I live in upstate N.Y. and was born across the Vermont border. I have been an amateur sheep-shearer, a disgruntled dishwasher, and a lifter of any number of loads. Currently I work in the slate industry. A lovely man I was shearing for asked if I wanted a job.
I have been writing poems for several years and want a place to put them. The purpose of this site is to act as a portfolio and repository of my poems, while also letting them dry out in the wider world. Some have been rotting in my file cabinet, some have slipped boot-stamped behind the stove, and most are worse for waiting. So thank you for reading one, whoever you are.
